NEWPORT NEWS – Community Preservation Partners (CPP) has roots on the West Coast, but with offices in Reston and projects in Richmond and Front Royal, it’s gaining a presence in Virginia.
That presence is stretching to Newport News as the company closed on City Line Apartments late last year. CPP is planning nearly $11 million in upgrades and renovations for the complex, which consists of 100 one-bedroom units and 100 two-bedroom units.
