Warwick Village Apartments In Newport News Sells For $21 Million

NEWPORT NEWS-An apartment complex along Warwick Boulevard in Newport News recently sold for $21 million.

The sale was reported April 10. Mid Atlantic Commercial shared news of the closing of the sale of Warwick Village Apartments, which is located at the intersection of Warwick Boulevard and Nelson Drive, in a press release.

Cohen Investment Group, a real estate investment firm that currently owns and operates more than 68 properties in 13 states, is the new owner of the development.

“We are thrilled to have facilitated the sale and purchase of such an outstanding property and to have worked alongside Cohen Investment Group and Warwick Newport LLC in this transaction,” said Monty Spencer, vice president of Mid Atlantic Commercial. “The acquisition of Warwick Village Apartments by Cohen Investment Group is a testament to the property’s value and location, and we are confident that Cohen Investment Group will continue to enhance the property’s performance and reputation.”

Warwick Village Apartments, which sits on more than eight acres, features 160 units, and offers amenities including a swimming pool with sun deck, designated parking, an on-site laundry center, an open courtyard, and playgrounds.
