Industrial Building In Hampton Sells For $1.9 Million

HAMPTON-An industrial building in Hampton was recently sold for nearly $2 million dollars.

The 15,969 square foot building, which sits on a little more than two acres, is located at 501-505 Industry Dr.

According to a March 31 release from Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer, 1031 44th Street LLC purchased the property from Gately Properties, LLC for $1,900,000 as an investment.
