Four Businesses Sign New Leases On The Peninsula

Four businesses are among those who recently signed new leases on the Peninsula.

On June 21, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reported the following lease transactions:

Christina Pendleton & Associates, PC leased 3,060 square feet of office space at 1001 N Campus Parkway in Hampton.

Peace of Mind Therapeutic Solutions, PLLC leased 2,626 square feet of office space at Executive Tower, 2101 Executive Dr., also in Hampton.

Holloway Experience Real Estate leased 2,480 square feet of office space at 11719-B Jefferson Ave. in Newport News.

Williamsburg Endocrinology leased 1,200 square feet of office space at Norge Office Park, 7151 Richmond Rd in Williamsburg.

Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer announced that Ivy Rehab expanded its business with an additional 4,311 square feet of office space at 457 McLaws Circle in Williamsburg.
