Former VNG Propane Plant In Greater Williamsburg Sold For More Than $1 Million

JAMES CITY-On June 16, Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer announced the sale of roughly ten acres of land as well as a 4,000 square foot plant facility along Route 60 in James City County.

The property, the site of a former VNG Propane Plant, was sold for $1,610,000.

According to a release, Global Development Co., LLC purchased the property, located at 8985 Pocahontas Trail, from Southern Company Gas and will lease it to one of their operating companies.
