Turnberry Crossing In Newport News Sold For More Than $8.2 Million

NEWPORT NEWS-A shopping complex on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News was recently sold for more than $8 million.

Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer reported on Thursday, June 15 that Turnberry Crossing was sold for $8,200,000. The shopping complex is located at 12638 Jefferson Ave.

Turnberry Crossing is a 53,775 square foot property anchored by a Goodwill retail store. The shopping center currently has 16 other tenants, including Hertz, Papa John’s, Da’bin Store, and other shops. At the time of the sale, Turnberry Crossing was 95 percent leased.

According to a press release, Stavins &Axelrod sold the property to Prudent Growth Partners, based out of Raleigh, NC.
