New Self-Storage Facility Coming To Stonehouse Commerce Park

JAMES CITY-A new self-storage facility is slated for upper James City County.

On Friday, June 23, Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer announced the sale of roughly nine acres of land at 35000 LaGrange Parkway. The property is located within Stonehouse Commerce Park in Toano.

According to a release, Graham Real Estate LLC purchased the land from SCP-JTL Stonehouse Owner 1, LLC for $900,000. The new owner plans to develop a self-storage facility at the location.
