Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer recently welcomed a new member to its Hampton Roads team. Catherine Yanchunis joined the region’s commercial property services team as a portfolio manager. Yanchunis has more than three years of experience in commercial property services and previously managed Class A office buildings in St. Louis, MO. Her background includes retail, office, medical, and industrial properties. Yanchunis will handle a mixed portfolio of properties in the Hampton Roads area.
