Latest Commercial Lease Transactions Include New Thrift Stores, Mexican Restaurant Chain

Among the newest commercial real estate transactions for the past month include a new thrift store, a new consignment store, and a Mexican fast food chain restaurant in Hampton.

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. reported the following new leases for the month of March on the Peninsula:

Village Thrift leased 11,915 square feet of retail space at Warwick Village Shopping Center in Newport News.

Parker & Peony Consignment Boutique leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at James York Plaza in Williamsburg.

N & R ALG, LLC leased 1,789 square feet of retail space at 72 Colony Rd. in Newport News.

Meanwhile, among the new lease transactions reported by Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer are:

Bonza Tech Solutions, LLC leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at Fox Mill Centre, 6689 Fox Centre Pkwy., in Gloucester.

MILL-CONN, LLC leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 606-608 Rotary St. in Hampton.

Stone 4 Kitchen leased 5,063 square feet of industrial space at 2513 58th St. in Hampton

The Hulett Brothers leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 120 Newsome Dr.

Qdoba leased 1,909 square feet of retail space at 1123 W Mercury Blvd. in Hampton

Colonial Sleuths & Protective Services leased 1,334 square feet of office space at Busch Corporate Center, 291 McLaws Circle in Williamsburg.
