NEWPORT NEWS—Originating in Rogers, AR, 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun experience that provides premium coffee and hand-crafted drinks in record time. The business currently operate in 18 states with its newest store “dropping” in Newport News on Thursday, May 25 at 5018 W. Mercury Blvd. This will be one of the first locations in Virginia.

The store won’t actually be open for business until late June, but the building drop on May 25 will include a ceremony where 7 Brew will donate $2,000 to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society of Newport News. Trey Hughes, owner and managing director for 7 Brews Hampton Roads, will be on hand to deliver the check.

As for the drop, all 7 Brew buildings are built off-site and dropped on premise in three pieces by a large crane. Once open, the chain will offer more than 20,000 unique drink combinations, including its seven original coffees that started it all—Blondie (caramel and vanilla breve), Brunette (hazelnut and caramel mocha), Smooth 7 (white chocolate and Irish cream breve), Cinnamon Roll (white chocolate and brown sugar cinnamon), White Chocolate Mocha (white and milk chocolate), German Chocolate (coconut and caramel mocha), and Triple Seven (a Smooth 7 with six espresso shots). All originals can be served hot, chilled, or iced.

In addition, the establishment will serve hot or iced classics such as lattes, mochas, breves, caramel macchiato, house blend, chai tea, matcha, and cocoa. Also on the menu are energy drinks, a variety of hot or iced teas, fizzes, smoothies, and shakes.

Those interested in joining the Brew Crew can apply online.
