New Habitat For Humanity ReStore Slated To Open In York County This Spring

YORK-Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg is opening a Habitat ReStore in Grafton this spring. The York County branch will be the third Habitat ReStore in operation on the Peninsula. Habitat ReStores are also located in Newport News and Williamsburg.

The organization’s ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials, and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price, usually 30-90 percent off regular retail prices.

The New Local News Model

On July 1, we started a new way to pay for news. Yes, we want you to subscribe, but we know nobody subscribes to every site they visit just because there's a paywall.

So if you don't want to subscribe (even at the low price of $39.99 for a year), you can pay for access to individual articles.
