WILLIAMSBURG-A new subdivision featuring a combination of townhomes and condominiums is being considered for the City of Williamsburg.
At its next meeting on Wednesday, May 18, the City of Williamsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the project, which is being proposed for 4200 Battery Blvd. adjacent to North Ridge Street.
The proposed project, called Greenwood Village, includes the construction of 95 townhomes as well as 58 condos in five buildings. The subdivision would be located near the Attain at Quarterpath luxury apartment complex between the Quarterpath Crossing shopping center and Riverside Doctors’ Hospital off of Route 199.
The request for project approval is being made by Quarterpath Williamsburg, LLC. The City of Williamsburg Planning Commission public hearing will be held at 3:30pm on May 18 at the Stryker Center, 412 No. Boundary St. in downtown Williamsburg.
