JAMES CITY-A new real estate company is opening an office in New Town.
An open house is scheduled for Friday, April 22 for the new eXp Realty office located at 4175 Ironbound Rd.
Three local real estate agents, Marshall Toney, Momo Hlaing, and Ben Munson, are opening eXp Realty’s latest office. Agents with the company have round-the-clock access to the new co-working/café office.
eXp Realty, which was founded in 2009, is one the world’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages. In addition to the new office in Williamsburg, the company has a location in Virginia Beach.
The open house for the new office in New Town will be held on April 22 from 5pm to 8pm and will include food, drinks, and live music. The celebration will take place in Pecan Square Park in New Town, which is adjacent to the new office.
