WILLIAMSBURG-The new pizza establishment Highway Pizza is opening later this year in the Patriot Plaza shopping complex at 3044 Richmond Rd. Highway Pizza is taking over the space that was formerly occupied by CiCi’s Pizza, a buffet style pizza restaurant.
In anticipation of its opening, Highway Pizza is hiring for a variety of positions. The new restaurant is looking for bartenders, servers, bussers, dishwashers, hostesses, and cooks.
Highway Pizza is one of a handful of new businesses that have recently opened or will soon open in Patriot Plaza. The Big Scoop, an ice cream establishment, opened in the shopping complex in May 2021. Max Pool & Spas, a swimming pool and hot tub showroom, is also slated to open there this spring.
