WILLIAMSBURG-The Corner BARKery on Prince George Street in downtown Williamsburg has plans for expansion.

The owners of the business, Michelle and Steve Sieling, recently leased the space next door to The Corner BARKery, which was the former A Chef’s Kitchen restaurant. The two spaces had originally been one unit several years ago.

The Sielings plan to use part of the former A Chef’s Kitchen space, which is located at 501 Prince George St., to add on to the Corner BARKery. The remainder of the space will be utilized for something else, though exactly what has not yet been announced. A timeline for the Corner BARKery expansion has also not been released. Michelle Sieling said it’s a “work in progress.”

The Corner BARKery is a pet-friendly café and retail shop located at the corner of Prince George Street and N. Boundary Street. The Sielings also own the Aromas coffeehouse and The Hound’s Tale restaurant, which are both in downtown Williamsburg, also along Prince George Street.
