Several New Beauty Businesses Among Latest Commercial Lease Transactions

At least four new beauty service businesses opened or will soon open in Greater Williamsburg and are among the latest commercial lease transactions that have been recently announced.

On May 11, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty reported the following lease transactions for the area for the quarter:

Laura Johnson, a licensed massage therapist, leased a space at Jamestowne Professional Park, located at 1769 Jamestown Rd., for the business Destination Wellness, LLC.

Two other beauty businesses also leased spaces at the same location: Taylor Dean, who does permanent makeup, leased property for the business Beautiful Humans, LLC, while Michelle Dean, an esthetician, will open Flamingo Esthetics, LLC.
