NEWPORT NEWS—Christopher Newport University’s Center for Crime, Equity, and Justice Research and Policy, along with the Hampton Roads Christian Community Development Network, will co-host the Second Annual Hampton Roads Social Justice Conference on Monday, April 10, Tuesday, April 11, and Wednesday, April 12 at the David Student Union building on the campus of Christopher Newport University. CNU is located at 1 Avenue of the Arts in Newport News.
The goal of the conference is to bring together researchers, policy makers, elected officials, nonprofit organizations, community activists, business leaders, the faith community, and all others from across Hampton Roads, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and people outside the state.
