James City County Denies Pivot Energy Solar Project

JAMES CITY-A solar project proposed for Norge was recently denied by the James City County Board of Supervisors.

Pivot Energy, a company based out of Denver, CO, had hoped to construct a solar farm along Richmond Road, but at its meeting on March 14, the board rejected a request for a special use permit to begin building.
