WILLIAMSBURG-Tiny Textures children’s hair salon will host a grand opening celebration for its newest location on Monticello Avenue in Midtown Row on Saturday, April 23, at 10am.
The Williamsburg location of Tiny Textures is the second location for the natural hair salon for kids. Owner and stylist Regina Holden first opened the business in Richmond in 2019.
The grand opening celebration, which will be held at the new salon located at 218 Monticello Ave., will feature family-friendly activities including snow cones, face painting, and balloon animals.
