New Town In Greater Williamsburg Welcoming Three New Businesses

JAMES CITY-Three new businesses have or will soon call New Town along Monticello Avenue in James City County home.

A new women’s dress shop recently opened in the Settler’s Market section of the mixed-used development.

Elnoras Dresses is now located at 4640 Casey Blvd., #130. The new establishment specializes in women’s dresses and gowns for proms, weddings, and other special occasions. For more information on Elnoras Dresses, visit its website.

Meanwhile, another new business also opened on Main Street this month.

As previously reported, Dream Machine VR opened in a 2,394 square foot retail space located at 5128 Main St.  Dream Machine VR is an arcade and virtual reality establishment with escape rooms, retro arcade games, and more than 50 virtual reality games. New Town is also slated to welcome a dog training facility later this year.

It was reported on May 10 that Zoom Room has leased 4,013 square feet of space in New Town.

Zoom Room is a chain dog training business “designed to encourage dogs to build confidence and success as they master new behaviors in a simple, step-by-step process,” according to its website. “And we utilize only positive dog training methods, which your entire family can easily practice and embrace.”

Zoom Room currently has two other locations in Virginia in Richmond and in Virginia Beach. Three other locations are also opening in Virginia in addition to the Williamsburg location. The Zoom Room in New Town will open at 5129 Main St.

The New Town facility will offer classes from expert dog trainers in obedience, dog agility, and puppy training. Enrichment workshops, playgroups, private gym sessions, and doggie birthday parties will also be available. For more information on Zoom Room, visit its website.
