Eligible applicants are required to have lived or worked in Charles City County, Hampton, James City County, New Kent County, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, or York County for the past 12 months.

Hard copies of the application may be picked up at the Habitat ReStores in Newport News and Williamsburg. The Newport News ReStore is located at 371 Chatham Dr., and the Williamsburg ReStore is at 1303 Jamestown Rd. Applications and detailed information about the homebuyer program and its process are available online at Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg’s website.
