WILLIAMSBURG-To promote the expanding food options in Greater Williamsburg’s Edge District, the district will host its inaugural Restaurant Week from Saturday, April 1 through Saturday, April 8.
The Edge District is the section of Greater Williamsburg along Second Street/Merrimac Trail where York and James City counties and the city of Williamsburg meet. The area includes The Virginia Beer Company, Casa Pearl, Column 15 coffeehouse, Colonial Pancake House, Second Street American Bistro, Cochon on 2nd, and other dining establishments as well as retail shops.
The event, “The Edge Food SHAREcase,” will feature collaborative dishes from the The Edge District’s chefs, craft brewers, and others. Anyone who enjoys one of the Food SHAREcase’s creations will be eligible to enter to win an Edge District prize valued at more than $500.
