WILLIAMSBURG- Sipping Southern is a luxury full-service mobile bar service that aims to bring a touch of style and charm to corporate events, weddings, and private parties. Established in February 2022, it was created by Williamsburg natives Courtney Popelka and Ross Larkin.

“We’ve been meeting some really great people and have been well-received in the community,” said Popelka. “My friend Virginia Hall also helps us out. Since we all grew up here, we’re getting to work with people we all know. I’m always running into people I went to high school with or businesses that I’ve known for years.”

Popelka and Larkin, who both work full-time jobs in addition to running Sipping Southern, were concerned they’d have issues marketing their business at its onset.
