JAMES CITY-A new dental practice appears to be opening soon in Greater Williamsburg.
According to a release issued by Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer on March 15, a medical office building on Jamestown Road recently changed ownership.
Dr. Milton Cook, DDS purchased the 3,600 square foot medical office building, located at 1319 Jamestown Rd., from Dr. Bill and Karen Bennett for $445,000. The sale was final March 10.
Cook plans to use the property for use as a dental office, the press release stated. He currently operates Smithfield Family Dentistry in Smithfield.
