With the lowest dropout rate of any physical activity, consistent walking can reduce the risk of osteoporosis, improve blood pressure and blood sugar levels, lower the risk of obesity, and enhance mental well-being.
Defiant Direct Primary Care welcomes the community to take a step toward better health on the fourth Saturday of each month in downtown Williamsburg through its Walk-with-a-Doc program. Walk with a Doc is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire communities through movement and conversation.
