Regional Lawmakers Frustrated By Latest Virginia General Assembly Session

WILLIAMSBURG-Four regional legislative leaders gathered on Wednesday, March 15 in Williamsburg to discuss their views on the latest Virginia General Assembly session that has wrapped.

The Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce hosted the post-session legislative forum, which was held downtown at the Williamsburg Regional Library. More than 40 local business and community leaders came to hear from Senator Tommy Norment, Senator Mamie Locke, Senator Monty Mason, and Delegate Amanda Batten. Delegate Mike Mullin and Delegate A.C. Cordoza were unable to attend the event.

The New Local News Model

On July 1, we started a new way to pay for news. Yes, we want you to subscribe, but we know nobody subscribes to every site they visit just because there's a paywall.
