Renovations Slated For Chilled Ponds At Yorktown

YORK – The ice sports complex on Village Avenue in the Kiln Creek area was first built in the mid-to late 1990s. So, when ownership switched hands in January, the decision was made to do more than change the name from the Hampton Roads Iceplex to Chilled Ponds at Yorktown Ice Sports Complex.

Visitors to ice sports complex can soon expect to see several improvements and enhancements to the facility.

The New Local News Model

On July 1, we started a new way to pay for news. Yes, we want you to subscribe, but we know nobody subscribes to every site they visit just because there's a paywall.
