Industrial Building In Newport News Sold For More Than $2 Million

NEWPORT News-An industrial property In Newport News was recently sold for more than $2 Million.

Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer announced the sale of the property located at 1011 & 1031 44th St. on February 22.

The 30,000 square foot warehouse building, which sits on 3.55 acres, was sold for $2,6500,000.

According to a release, 1031 44th Street LLC bought the building from L&F Holdings, LLC as an investment.
