Walter Reed Shopping Center In Gloucester Sold

GLOUCESTER – Walter Reed Plaza, a shopping center in the northern part of the county, has been sold to National Net Lease Group, which is owned by SRS Real Estate Partners.

The shopping center, which consists of 52,164 square feet, sits on six and a half acres on Hargett Boulevard. Its main tenant is Food Lion. The sale price was $4.85 million.
