New Leases Signed On The Peninsula Include Retail Businesses, Law Firms, And Other Companies

Several new businesses have signed leases to open in recent months or have already opened on the Peninsula, according to Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer.

In June, it was announced that Beauty Outlet leased 25,442 square feet of retail space at Peninsula Town Center, 4410 E. Claiborne Sq. in Hampton. The beauty store already has a location in Norfolk.

Boleman Law Firm, PC leased 1,451 square feet of office space at Patrick Henry Corporate Center, 12350 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News, also earlier this summer.

In July, Beacon Sales Acquisition, Inc. leased 20,773 square feet of industrial space at 325 E St. in Hampton.

Schwob Steel Services, LTD leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 815 48th St. in Newport News, also in July.

Meanwhile, Chateau Events & Planning, LLC expanded its business with the lease of 3,000 square feet of industrial space located at 2503 58th Street in Hampton.

In August, it was announced that another law firm also leased space in Newport News. Routten & Laster Law, PLLC leased 1,714 square feet of office space at McCale Professional Park, 729 Thimble Shoals Blvd.

Gaines Insurance Agencies, LLC also leased 1,034 square feet of office space in Newport News in August, at Peninsula Professional Center.

On September 7, it was also announced that Alliance Behavioral Counseling, LLC leased 1,263 square feet of office space at Pinewood Plaza, 1919 Commerce Dr. in Hampton.
