Start Peninsula is inviting 12 prominent business resources to explain what they can do to help business owners and the local entrepreneurial community. Slated to share their expertise are Brian Owens with Black BRAND, Graham Henshaw with W&M Alan B. Miller Entrepreneurship Center, Hunter Walsh with 757 Startup Studios, Josh Green with Virginia ICAP, Mike Loving with Patent Portfolio Builders, and others.

Start Peninsula was established in 2012 and encourages entrepreneurship on the Peninsula by assisting future business owners with creating their own businesses. Ideas and concepts are proposed during the early stages of business development and Start Peninsula connects those with a product or service to offer with local business leaders and mentors.

The organization is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses by providing mentorship, networking, and funding opportunities. Start Peninsula helps people launch their business ideas toward success through hosting pitch competitions, pitch workshops, and informational sessions.
Tickets for the 2nd Annual Meet the Resources event are free of charge. Interested entrepreneurs are asked to register for the event on Start Peninsula’s website.
