Four Employees Promoted At Langley Federal Credit Union

As part of Langley Federal Credit Union’s strategic initiatives, four employees have recently received promotions.

Jerome Fowlkes, who joined Langley FCU in January 2022, was promoted to senior vice president and chief human resources officer in charge of recruiting, organizational development and learning, and the Langley for Families Foundation.

Tori Eleonoras, who has been with the organization since 2003, was promoted to vice president of operations. She will oversee card servicing, deposit operations, and payment and deposit servicing.

Kelli Ragland is now vice president of marketing. Ragland will be responsible for branding, acquisition, and engagement and retention efforts. Ragland joined Langley in 2018.

The new chief operations officer is Fred Hagerman, who joined Langley in 2015.

“We are thrilled to announce these exciting changes,” said Tom Ryan, president and CEO, in a release. “Each individual brings extensive leadership experience to the credit union and exemplifies the values that make Langley such a great organization.”
