In the spirit of entrepreneurism, Tito’s Handmade Volka is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year by launching the “Love, Tito’s Small Business Grant Program,” which will support ten small business owners with $25,000 grants to support their vision of growth.
Founded by a sixth-generation Texan, Bert “Tito” Beveridge, Tito’s Vodka got its start in a 998-square-foot shack, using a rigged pot and spare parts to build a distiller. Twenty-five years later, the company is still passionate about entrepreneurship and wants to give back to small business owners who are following their passion and making an impact in their community—just like Tito did and continues to do. The company’s Love, Tito’s philanthropic program aims to turn spirits into love and goodness.
Grants will be awarded to small business owners who best demonstrate in their application: a) A meaningful connection to their community; b) A clear and compelling vision for their business; and c) The Tito’s Handmade Vodka values of grit, love, kindness, family, meaning, and purpose.
Businesses must be owned by the applicant and the owner(s) must be at least 21 years of age or older. Businesses must be based in the United States, have been in business for at least one year, and have earned less than $1 million in revenue in 2021.
