WILLIAMSBURG-Howard Hanna Real Estate Services recently announced that Fred Smith has been named the new manager of the company’s Williamsburg office. Smith is a licensed agent with more than 18 years’ experience. He has worked at several brokerages in Virginia and joined Howard Hanna in September 21.
“Howard Hanna’s reputation as a first-class real estate services firm precedes itself, and they have seen a great deal of success in the Williamsburg area in recent years,” said Smith in a release. “I’m excited to be a part of this team, and I look forward to building on that success.”
Smith has been involved in many local organizations, serving as vice-president/president-elect of the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors; director/past-president of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors; a committee member for Virginia Realtors Public Policy Committee; a committee member/vice-chair of WAAR Public Policy Committee; an instructor of Continuing Education (Fair Housing, Public Policy) and MLS at WAAR; and a past member of the Kingsmill Community Services Association Board of Directors.
