Toano Historical Society Hosts Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

JAMES CITY-The public is invited to the Third Annual Toano Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, November 27, from 3pm to 7pm.

The event includes holiday music, food, wagon rides, crafts and games, visits with Santa, holiday shopping, the tree lighting and more. The ceremony will be held at 7889 Richmond Rd., Toano.

The tree lighting is being presented by The Toano Historical Society, a non-profit organization founded to inspire the sense of community spirit, promote interest in local history, and preserve the small town character of Toano. For more information, visit www.toanohistoricalsociety.org.
