Denny’s On Bypass Road For Sale For $2 Million

YORK-The Denny’s restaurant on Bypass Road in Greater Williamsburg has closed and the building is for sale.

All signage at the restaurant has been removed and social media presence has been deleted. The Denny’s corporate website page says the Bypass Road location in Williamsburg has closed.

Colliers Commercial Real Estate has listed the property at 409 Bypass Road for sale. The sale includes a 1.07-acre parcel with a 7,042 square foot full-service restaurant building. Asking price for the property is $2 million.

The building was first built in 1982 and renovated in 2013, the year Denny’s opened. Prior to Denny’s, the restaurant was The Gazebo, another popular breakfast establishment.
