Bank of America recently announced that Francisco “Frank” Castellanos has been named as the new President of Bank of America of Hampton Roads.
Castellanos, who lives in Williamsburg, assumes the role of president from Charlie Henderson, who will retire in early 2022 after serving 42-years at Bank of America including 15 years as president of Bank of America of Hampton Roads.
