Crawlin’ Crab Run/Walk Issues ‘Shell Yeah! Challenge’

HAMPTON—The 10th Annual BayPort Foundation Crawlin’ Crab Half Marathon presented by Bon Secours in Motion has been recognized by Runner’s World as a “must run” event. Runners who love a flat course with plenty of water views, will see why when they come out to run, crawl, and SHELLebrate.

The 5K (3.1 mile) event will be held on Saturday, October 2. The half marathon (13.1 miles) will be held on Sunday, October 3. Participants can also run/walk in both events to complete the “Shell Yeah! Challenge.” Those who sign up and complete both distances will receive an additional challenge medal.
