ASPIRE Hosts Presentation On How To Reduce Work Stress

WILLIAMSBURG-ASPIRE will host the professional development session “Simple Self-Care Practices To Reduce Workday Stress” on Thursday, September 30 at 9am.  Rebecca Reimers Cristol, a certified professional life coach, will offer tips and advice on how to reduce work stress, which will lead to better productivity, communication, and health. Learn simple habits to incorporate into the workday, some which can be done in as little as 15 seconds. This event will be held at Kaufman & Canoles on Courthouse Street in New Town.
