Sentara Welcomes New Oncologist

NEWPORT NEWS-Sentara Healthcare recently announced a new doctor has joined its team.

Dr. Rod Flynn is a new surgical oncologist with Sentara. He works primarily with the Sentara Surgery Specialists office on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News as well as the office on Coliseum Drive in Hampton.

Flynn graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1996 and has more than 18 years’ worth of experience in cancer patient care.
