Colliers Takes Over Property Management And Leasing For Hampton Towne Centre

HAMPTON—Colliers has announced that it has been assigned property management and leasing for Hampton Towne Centre, located at 1 Towne Centre Way near the intersection of Big Bethel Road and Hampton Roads Center Parkway. Colliers will take over duties from Reserve Development.

The 174,540-square-foot retail center is situated on a 16.16-acre site near Sandy Bottom Park, across I-64 from Thomas Nelson Community College, and adjacent to the AMC Hampton Towne Centre 24 movie theater.

It was previously anchored by Farm Fresh, which closed in 2018 and has not been reoccupied. Other stores that are currently operating there include Ace Hardware, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Chucky Cheese, Got Fish?, an ABC store, The UPS Store, and Gus’s New York Pizza. The center is currently 47.9 percent occupied.
