Spotswood Commons In Williamsburg Sold

JAMES CITY-A Williamsburg apartment complex has been sold.

Spotswood Commons, located at 100 Glenburnie Road just off Longhill Road, was recently purchased by New York Kushner Cos. For $46 million. The sale closed on June 8.

Spotswood Commons is a 212-unit apartment complex previously owned by the Massachusetts-based company The Dolben Company Inc. Berkadia handled the sale, with Carter Wood, Director of Investment Sales for Berkadia’s Oyster Point office in Newport News, assisting with the closing.
