Rosie’s Gaming Emporium Now Open Until 4 am

HAMPTON —Hampton City Council recently approved a request to allow Rosie’s Gaming Emporium to stay open until 4 a.m. Rosie’s Gaming Emporium, an off-track betting facility, first opened on Power Plant Parkway in 2019. Its features include horse racing machines, a restaurant, and an entertainment center. Rosie’s Gaming Emporium has five locations in Virginia including locations in New Kent and Richmond.
