Shorty’s Diner Opens Second Location in Richmond

YORK-Tony Short, owner of Shorty’s Diner in the James-York Plaza, has opened a second location in Richmond. The Richmond location opened in February on Broad Street in the Libbie Place shopping center. Shorty’s Diner first opened in Williamsburg in 2012.
