Construction Is Complete On New Ferguson Building

NEWPORT NEWS-When Ferguson Enterprises Inc. employees can safely return to the office, they will be welcomed back in a brand-new building.

Construction of Ferguson’s new building in City Center was completed in the fall. The 260,000 square foot building has eight stories and a number of new features including an open-concept design; spacious conference rooms and meeting areas; natural lighting; state-of the-art technology and adjustable sit-stand desks; greenspace including a rooftop terrace; dedicated mother’s and wellness rooms; enhanced security; and designated attached parking.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, employees continue to work remotely. No timeline has been set to move in to the new building. Employees will soon be able to take a virtual tour of the new facility in the meantime.
